The KingCamp Double Camping Chair is a practical choice when the point is sharing one seat rather than carrying two individual chairs.
Its double-layer padding, roomy two-person layout, and holders for cups and wine glasses make it suited to relaxed backyard evenings, tailgating, lawn events, or a campsite where a companion seat is useful.
It also folds for transport and comes with an Oxford carry bag with a shoulder strap and side handles.
The tradeoff is its loveseat format: it is designed for two people sharing the same seat, so it will not give each person a separate chair or the independent positioning that can help in a crowded or uneven seating area.
The buying factors
KingCamp Double Chair Scorecard
Editorial scores reflect listed features and buyer fit; they are not laboratory measurements or customer ratings.
Shared seating
The wide loveseat format and padded two-person design directly support sitting together outdoors.
Drink storage
Both armrests have cup holders, and wine glass slots add a more specific option for relaxed gatherings.
Folded portability
It folds into a compact form and includes a carry bag, though the shared-seat design is a larger item to transport than a single chair.
Frame and fabric construction
Thickened steel tubing, 600D Oxford fabric, reinforced anchor points, and a dual-support frame address the structural needs of outdoor use.
Stated load capacity
The stated capacity is substantial for a two-person chair, but buyers should account for the combined load of both occupants.
Outdoor versatility
Its intended settings include lawns, backyards, tailgating, beach days, and outdoor concerts, giving it several casual-use roles.

Who Should Buy KingCamp Double Chair?
Good fit
Buy it if you and a companion want one padded seat for backyard lounging, tailgating, or outdoor events. The double-wide format and holders on both armrests make drinks accessible without setting up a separate side table.
It is also a reasonable fit when shared seating matters more than minimizing packed gear. The chair folds into a carry bag with multiple carrying points, and its steel and Oxford fabric construction is aimed at outdoor settings.
Who should skip it
Skip it if everyone in your group needs an individual chair or wants to choose their own seat position. A single loveseat concentrates both places in one wide folding item.
It may also be a poor match when your priority is the smallest, lightest item in a tightly packed kit: it weighs 13.4lbs and folds to 36.2" long.
KingCamp Double Chair Review Analysis
A loveseat for shared outdoor time
The core decision is whether two people want to sit close together.
This format creates a single shared seating spot, which can be convenient for couples or companions at a campsite or event, but it does not offer separate chairs that can be arranged across a group.
Padding and frame construction
Double-layer padding addresses comfort for two occupants, while the thickened steel tubing, Oxford fabric, and reinforced anchor points point toward a frame and seat built for repeated outdoor setup.
Buyers should still observe the stated weight capacity as a combined limit when two people sit together.
Packing and transport
The 13.4lbs weight and carry bag make the chair portable between a vehicle and a campsite, backyard, or event.
Its folded dimensions are still worth checking against available trunk or storage space, particularly if other bulky gear is traveling with it.
Drink holders for relaxed stops
The armrests combine cup holders with slots for wine glasses, a detail that fits relaxed evenings and shared outings.
This arrangement prioritizes keeping drinks close to each seat; buyers who want a broader surface for food or gear may prefer a chair with a table.
